ReportNest builds your reports in Shopify Finance terms: gross, discounts, returns, net, shipping, taxes, total, and prints Shopify's own order count and total next to yours, so they agree. Twenty templates cover sales over time, products, variants, vendors, countries, channels, taxes, refunds and new versus returning customers. Schedule any report each day, week or month by email and Slack. Every delivery leaves a receipt, and a missed slot emails you. Amounts and products only, never buyer names.

- Why do reports from other tools not match my finance numbers?
- Usually because they define gross, net and returns differently from Shopify. ReportNest builds reports in Shopify's own Finance terms and prints Shopify's order count and total beside the report's, so a mismatch is visible rather than hidden.
- Can reports be sent automatically?
- Yes: any report, daily, weekly or monthly, by email and Slack. Each delivery leaves a receipt, and a missed slot raises an alert rather than skipping quietly.
- What formats can I export?
- CSV and XLSX. Report definitions are versioned too, so a change can be rolled back.
- Does it include customer names?
- No. Reports cover amounts and products only, never buyer names.
