This policy covers the website at appnest.studio (“the site”), operated by AppNest Studio, an independent software studio. It is short because the site is simple: it collects almost nothing.
Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from page and listed under /legal, and from the app's Shopify App Store listing. Those policies describe what the app reads from your store and why. This page covers the website only.
What we collect
- Contact form: if you write to us, we keep the name, email address, store URL (if given), subject and message you submit, so we can reply. Submissions are stored in a Google Sheet operated by us (Google LLC is the processor).
- Email: if you email support@appnest.studio, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for our records.
- Server logs: our hosting/CDN provider, Cloudflare, Inc., keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, user-agent) for security and operations, as our processor.
What we don't do
- No analytics or tracking scripts run on this site.
- No advertising, and no advertising cookies.
- No cookies are set by the site itself. Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary security cookie.
- We never sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Why we process it
To answer your message (our legitimate interest in running the studio and supporting our apps) and to keep the site secure.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions and support email: up to 24 months after the last message in the thread, then deleted. Server logs: per Cloudflare's retention, typically days.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing. Email support@appnest.studiowith “Privacy” in the subject. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Children
The site is intended for merchants and businesses, not children.

We'll update this page when the site changes. The effective date at the top tells you when.
