Coming soon to the Shopify App Store
OrderNest.
Bulk-edit orders and automate them with rules. Preview every change, watch it run, undo if needed.
WHATWhat OrderNest does
OrderNest lets you find a set of orders, see exactly what a bulk action will change, then apply it as a tracked run you can watch and reverse. Add or remove tags, set notes, archive, fulfil or cancel across hundreds of orders at once. Save filters as segments and reuse them. Rules run the same actions automatically when an order is created, updated, paid or fulfilled, with loop protection so a rule can't re-trigger itself. Every run is logged per order, and any failure sends you an alert.

FAQOrderNest — common questions
- Which order actions can OrderNest apply in bulk?
- Add or remove tags, set a note, archive or unarchive on every plan; fulfil and cancel on Pro. Cancel restocks items but does not refund or email the customer — the app says so before you confirm.
- Can I undo a bulk run?
- Yes for tag, note and archive changes: each order's previous value is recorded and reversed in one click, with a conflict check per order. Fulfil and cancel are irreversible and are marked as such.
- How do rules work?
- Build a rule visually or from one of 12 templates: a trigger (order created, updated, paid, fulfilled, risk assessed, or a schedule), conditions such as total, tags, country, SKU or discount code, and actions. Rules are loop-safe and fire automatically on Starter and above; every plan can run them on demand.
- How far back can it reach orders?
- The last 60 days, which is what Shopify grants apps by default. Sets over 250 orders run as a paginated, resumable job of up to 10,000 orders.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Free covers bulk edits and on-demand rules with monthly limits; Starter ($12/month) adds automatic rule firing, Slack alerts and CSV exports; Pro ($39/month) adds fulfil and cancel actions and higher limits.
