BillNest Global issues the invoice your accountant expects for every paid order: a sequential number and the notes your regime requires: EU reverse charge with VIES, OSS, UK VAT, AU/NZ, CA GST/HST, US sales tax, in 12 languages, taken from the order's own tax lines. Every document is a snapshot, so a later edit changes nothing. Refunds become credit notes automatically. Email the PDF, or export a CSV register and a ZIP for your accountant. Backfill past paid orders in bulk with a preview first.

- How is this different from BillNest: GST Invoice India?
- They are separate apps for separate regimes. The India app issues GST tax invoices with CGST, SGST and IGST and exports GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B. BillNest Global covers EU, UK, AU, NZ, CA and US invoicing instead.
- Where do the tax figures come from?
- The order's own tax lines, rather than a separate calculation, so the invoice agrees with what the customer was actually charged.
- What happens if an order is edited after the invoice is issued?
- Nothing changes on the document. Every invoice is a snapshot, and the number series is immutable, never reused and without gaps. A refund or cancellation raises a credit note instead.
- Can it invoice orders from before I installed it?
- Yes. Past paid orders can be backfilled in bulk, with a preview before anything is issued.
