These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SyncNest ("the App"), a Shopify application published by AppNest Studio. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
SyncNest syncs your Shopify store data (orders, products, inventory, customers, refunds) to and from your own Google Sheets in real time, with optional two-way write-back and failure alerts. Features available depend on your selected plan.
2. Accounts & access
You must have an active Shopify store and connect a Google account to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the data you choose to sync. You must have the right to access and modify the Shopify data and Google Sheets you connect.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Two-way write-back changes your Shopify data based on your Google Sheet; you are responsible for the edits you push.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's native billing system according to the plan you select. Charges are handled by Shopify; refunds and cancellations follow Shopify's billing policies. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app or your Shopify admin.
5. Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor for your store data and do not sell your data. Uninstalling the App deletes your stored configuration and tokens; your Google Sheets remain yours.
6. Availability & disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high reliability and alert you when a sync fails, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services (Shopify, Google) may impose rate limits or outages beyond our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppNest Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from your use of the App or from edits you push back to Shopify. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding three months.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms and the App from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
