These Terms govern your use of StockNest ("the App"), a Shopify application published by AppNest Studio. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
StockNest helps you manage and bulk-edit inventory in your Shopify store. Features available depend on your selected plan.
2. Accounts & access
You must have an active Shopify store to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the inventory changes you apply through the App.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's native billing system. Charges are handled by Shopify; refunds and cancellations follow Shopify's billing policies. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
5. Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the App deletes your stored configuration and tokens.
6. Availability & disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services (Shopify) may impose rate limits or outages beyond our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppNest Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from your use of the App or from edits you apply to your store. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding three months.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms and the App from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
