These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MultiNest ("the App"), a Shopify application published by AppNest Studio. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
MultiNest keeps inventory in step across two or more Shopify stores you operate, in real time, with a preview before each push, undo on every run, drift alerts and failure alerts. Features available depend on your selected plan.
2. Accounts & access
You must have an active Shopify store on each store you link, and you must be authorised to manage inventory on every store you link. You are responsible for the links you create, the location mapping you choose and the pushes you approve.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Linking stores changes inventory quantities on the destination store based on the source store; you are responsible for the pushes you approve and for pairing only stores you control.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's native billing system according to the plan you select. Charges are handled by Shopify; refunds and cancellations follow Shopify's billing policies. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app or your Shopify admin.
5. Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor for your store data and do not sell your data. Uninstalling the App from a store deletes that store's stored configuration, links and cache; inventory on every store stays exactly as it is.
6. Availability & disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high reliability and alert you when a sync fails, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Shopify may impose rate limits or outages beyond our control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppNest Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from your use of the App or from edits you push back to Shopify. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding three months.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms and the App from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country you live or trade in.
