These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BundleNest ("the App"), a Shopify application published by AppNest Studio. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
BundleNest creates and manages fixed product bundles and multipacks as native Shopify bundle products, previews the variants Shopify will create, keeps bundle prices in sync with component prices when you opt in, computes bundle availability from component stock, and alerts you when a bundle can no longer be sold. Features available depend on your selected plan.
2. Accounts & access
You must have an active Shopify store to use the App. You are responsible for the bundles you define and for reviewing the preview before a bundle is created. Converting an existing product into a bundle replaces that product's variants; this action is held for your explicit confirmation and cannot be undone by the App.
3. What the App changes in your store
The App creates bundle products, updates the price, SKU, barcode and status of the bundle variants it manages, and, only when you choose it, deletes or archives a bundle product it created. The App never changes an inventory quantity; bundle availability is derived by Shopify from the stock of the components. The App does not modify your component products.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify's native billing system according to the plan you select and are priced by the number of bundles you manage, never by your store's order volume. Charges are handled by Shopify; refunds and cancellations follow Shopify's billing policies. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the App or your Shopify admin.
6. Data
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We act as a data processor for your store data and do not sell your data. Uninstalling the App deletes everything the App stores; the bundle products it created remain in your store as your products.
7. Availability & disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high reliability and alert you when a creation fails or a bundle goes out of stock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Shopify may impose rate limits, feature availability (the Bundles feature must be available on your store) or outages beyond our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppNest Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost sales arising from your use of the App, including from bundles you chose to create, convert, price, archive or delete. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding three months.
9. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms and the App from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory protection you have under the law of the country you live or trade in.
